Adds an insurance quote form with MediaAlpha integration.

== Description ==

This plugin provides shortcode-driven insurance quote flows with MediaAlpha integration.

== Shortcodes ==

= [insurance_quote_form] =
Default quote form that submits to /get-quotes/.

Supported attributes:
* default_type: auto, life, health, motorcycle, home, medicare, commercial, renters, or numeric 1-8.

= [insurance_quote_form_v3] =
Loads the V3 quote template and submits to /get-quotes/ with form_source=v3.

Supported attributes:
* track: tracking parameter passed through to /get-quotes/.
* click_id: click ID override.
* default_type: same values as insurance_quote_form.

= [insurance_quote_form_v4] =
Loads the V4 multi-step quote template and submits to /get-quotes/ with form_source=v4.

Supported attributes:
* track: tracking parameter passed through to /get-quotes/.
* click_id: click ID override.
* default_type: same values as insurance_quote_form.

== Get Quotes Pages ==

On plugin activation, the plugin auto-creates:
* Get Quotes page at /get-quotes/
* Get Quotes V2 page at /get-quotes-v2/

/get-quotes-v2 flow:
* Step 1: If zipcode is missing, the hero ZIP capture form is shown.
* Step 2: After zipcode is provided, the 28-step V2 form is shown.
* Step 3: On submit (with nonce validation), lead data is sanitized and sent to MediaAlpha placement GnT8OTJsKJ15A3DIaklYibD9NEMwLA.
* Tracking passthrough: track, click_id, leadid_id, and trusted_form_certificate_id are preserved when present.

* Codebase is prepared for PHP 8.4 upgrades.
